Jesse Williams Awarded Overnight Visits with His 2 Children in Joint Custody Agreement

Jesse Williams has been awarded overnight visits with his two children — Sadie, 3, and Maceo, 2 — according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

From Oct 1. to December 31., Williams will “have custody of the minor children on the first, third and fourth weekends of each months from Saturday at 8:30 a.m. until Sunday at 8:30 a.m,” according to the documents filed Nov. 9.

Additionally, Williams will be permitted to have custody of the kids up to two times a week after they get out from school until 6:15 p.m., except for one day when he will have custody from after school until “the following day when school commences for each child.”

Williams will also be granted additional custody “twice each month … on the Friday immediately preceding” his normal weekend custodial duties, so he can have “two consecutive overnights” with his children. While the documents clearly state it’s up to Williams to decide which Fridays he will spend with his children, he cannot choose a Friday directly preceding his ex’s custodial time with the children or a Friday when he will be on the set of Grey’s Anatomy.

And although this Thanksgiving does not fall on one of Williams’ normal days with his kids, the court documents state that he will have custody of the children for the holiday “in odd numbered years commencing in the year 2017.”

While the couple has not yet made plans for all future Christmases, this year Williams will have custody from Dec 24 at 10 a.m. to Dec. 25 at 10 a.m.

“Aryn is pleased to have an arrangement that will provide stability and continuity for the children so that their best interests are the highest priority,” Drake-Lee’s attorney Jill Hersh said in a statement to PEOPLE.

Williams is now dating actress Minka Kelly.

Cynthia Bailey Would Never Have Found Her Dream Home if It Weren't for RHOA Producers

Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta saw star Cynthia Bailey find and fall in love with the stunning and tranquil lakeside home she affectionately named Lake Bailey on season 7 of the hit Bravo reality show. But what they don’t know is that the former supermodel almost never found the property to begin with.

Just off a divorce with husband Peter Thomas and moving out of the townhouse they shared together, Bailey planned to downsize her life — moving her and her 18-year-old daughter Noelle Robinson into an apartment.

“I wanted to go back to the New York City sort of lifestyle,” Bailey tells PEOPLE. “I travel a lot when I’m not here filming so I wanted a nice, luxury doorman building with all the services and conveniences of living downtown.”

Set in her decision and already looking at properties before filming began, Bailey was ready to pack it up. But to help tell her story on air, RHOA producers asked her to film a scene in which she toured a bigger house to document her thought process. “‘We know you’ve decided on an apartment,’ she recalls them telling her. “‘But we’d love to see you figure that out.’ ”

Bailey’s realtor had one in mind. Cameras in toe, she chose to take Bailey to the one property she had not yet seen — the very house that would come to be known as Lake Bailey.

“It’s so crazy,” Bailey says, looking back on it. “I went to film it thinking I wouldn’t like it and would easily be able to write it off. And as soon as I walked out on the deck, I was like, ‘Oh my god, this is my house. I have to have this house!’ ”

Not wanting to act too quickly, Bailey “prayed on it” and decided to take some time with the decision. “I said, ‘If I wake up tomorrow and I’m still thinking about this house, I’m going to put a bid on it,’” Bailey remembered. “And wouldn’t you know, I woke up and I was still thinking about this damn house!”

Buying Lake Bailey wasn’t easy, though. When Bailey went to put a bid on the property, she learned someone else had beat her to the punch.

Luckily, Bailey was able to outbid them and come out the victor. And now she calls the place her “dream home” — moving in last season and showing off the finished furnishings on season  8 (which premiered earlier this month).

It’s easy to see why Bailey’s so in love with the place. With its sprawling windows, wood accents, animal population and private access to the lake, the picturesque property is “like living on vacation every day.”

Plus, the lush greens appear to be a perfect place for a selfie as seen from the photoshoots Bailey often stages.

“It just kind of really was right in-sync to where I was at mentally and spiritually in my life,” Bailey says. “I’m sitting in my bedroom now and my artwork is the view of the lake. It’s incredible and so peaceful.

“Coming out of a divorce, I’m someone who’s on a quest for peace and fun,” she adds. “It was just the perfect kickoff to turning 50 and being fine and fabulous.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays (8 p.m. ET) on Bravo.

Karen Duffy on Living With Chronic Pain and Friend George Clooney's Longstanding Support

On Thursday night, model and actress Karen Duffy celebrated the publication of her second book, Backbone: Living with Chronic Pain without Turning into Onewith a roomful of celebrities and famous authors — and a tequila fountain from long-time friend George Clooney.

“I was with George the last night I was healthy and, literally, this illness hit me like a bus,” the 55-year-old said in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.

She discussed writing about her life of chronic pain (she’s suffered from sarcoidosis for two decades) and the support she’s received from the fellow actor, who makes an appearance in the book. Since Clooney is on “paternity leave,” he sent the tequila fountain as a gift to the book launch, which was held at the Society of Illustrators in New York City.

“My friend Karen Duffy, who lives with unimaginable pain, has taught me so much; that my complaints are the most ridiculous in the world,” George Clooney wrote as a blurb for the book.

“Unimaginable” is an apt word for the pain Duffy suffers. A former DJ for MTV, she was in her early 30s when she was diagnosed with the rare disease, which impacts her brain and central nervous system and causes horrific pain.

“When the pain is at its worst, my head is tilted to the right like a broken Pez dispenser,” she writes, “I cannot tolerate the lightest touch; even wind will sting my neck.”

For Duffy, who can usually only get up three days a week, writing has served as a form of therapy. She hopes that her words will help the many others who also deal with chronic pain.

“There’s an enormous population of 115 million Americans who live in chronic pain. There’s a lot of shame attached to it. Pain actually destroys language. When you’re in pain, you’re like ugh … so I’m trying to shine a light,” Duffy explained. “I’m essentially immune to feeling shame and embarrassment. At this point in my life I’ve grown a mustache, I’ve lost my hair, I’ve had a hunchback.”

She added: “I wanted to write a book about the subject of pain that was not a painful read. I wanted to the gallows humor and the joy.”

Her friend, actress Aida Turturro, is in awe of her humor and strength.

“She is a beautiful soul,” Turturro said at the launch. “She has faith and she does not allow herself to look at the bad. She looks at the good and she puts her energy in giving to others, rather than living in the sadness and the hardships that she has.”

Beyond Turturro, Carole Radziwell, Fern Mallis and a host of other friends attended the launch. (Famous friends also make appearances in the book, from Chris Farley, who helped her host Bingo Night at a nursing home, to Bill Murray, who contributed to the “The Duffy/Murray Pain Scale.”). Duffy’s husband, John Lambros, their 14-year-old son, Jack, and author Ed Conlon introduced her to the stage.

For Duffy, being surrounded by her family and friends has been an important form of “therapy” in the 20 years since her diagnosis. Friends have also encouraged some important life decisions.

In her interview with PEOPLE, Duffy revealed that Clooney was the one who encouraged her and her husband to have a child, which was a difficult process because of all the procedures she’d undergone to fight the disease.

“ was the one who really helped us find the doctor so we could have a kid,” she said. “He was like, ‘I want to see your face on somebody else.’”

She said that Clooney “is a huge figure” in her son’s life and recently gave the family their first dog.

“So I’m an animal agnostic and George has two Cocker Spaniels. He was like, ‘Duff I’m going to break you.’” she said. “And so he found us this unbelievable Cocker Spaniel.”

She added: “There’s a reason why converts are so annoying because now I’m quoting, ‘Until you have an animal in your life, part of your soul remains unawakened.’ I’ve completely lost my mind.”

Duffy and her husband are happy to see the Clooneys expand their family and experience the same joy they’ve felt raising Jack.

Clooney is “so chill,” as a dad to twins Ella and Alexander, Duffy said.

“It’s just so beautiful to see  experience this,” she continued. “It was the right woman at the right time. I’m really thrilled for them. He’s just in awe of his amazing wife and it’s really beautiful.”

Backbone is out now.

Latinos Are Dominating the Billboard Hot 100 Chart

Latinos have had a big year in music. First, there was Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s summer hit “Despacito,” featuring Justin Bieber, which sat on the Billboard‘s Hot 100 for 16 weeks, making history as the longest running No. 1 song since Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men’s 1995 “One Sweet Day.”  That megahit seemed to set the tone for the rest of 2017.

For the week of Nov. 18th on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart four Latin artists ranked among the top ten: Camila Cabello’s “Havana” parked in the No. 3 spot; Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” made it to No.4; Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry” sat at No.8; and J. Balvin’s “Mi Gente,” featuring Beyoncé, worked it at No. 9.

In September, Cardi B made history as the first female rapper to top the Hot 100 chart at No.1 without a featured act on “Bodak Yellow.” (Lauryn Hill was the first to nab the top spot with”Doo Wop” in 1993.)   Cabello, another up-and-comer wiggling her way to the top, ascended the charts with “Havana,” an homage to her Cuban roots. On Sunday, Cabello released a sizzling hot Spanish-version of the song, remixed with “Despacito’s” Daddy Yankee.

With the help of Beyoncé, who sang her lyrics in Spanish and donated the proceeds from the song to disaster relief efforts in Puerto Rico,  J.Balvin joined the upper ranks with catchy tune, “Mi Gente.”

Over the summer, when “Despacito” hit the top spot for the 16th week in a row, Luis Fonsi called it an “historic day for Latin music,” but it’s proven to be an historic year.

'Holy Crap!' Pregnant Catherine Lowe's Prediction About Her Future with Husband Sean Came True

Sean Lowe might never doubt his wife ever again.

The Bachelor alum met, fell in love with and got engaged to Catherine (nGuidici) Lowe on season 17 of the ABC reality series in 2013. They tied the knot in a fairy-tale wedding that aired live on Jan. 26, 2014. Now, five years later, the couple is married, has an adorable 16-month-old son, Samuel, and is expecting a second child.

In celebration of their engagement — exactly five years ago Friday — Sean, 34, shared a throwback photo to Instagram of the couple days before he got down on one knee and proposed. The sweet black-and-white image featured text of a conversation the pair had on their date, which included Catherine’s prediction of their future-turned-reality.

“Where would you see us in five years? What would our lives be like?” Sean asked Catherine, 31, during their time together in Thailand.

Catherine replied: “We would obviously be married, I hope. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a kid involved in five years. And we would be happy!”

“I proposed to this woman 5 years ago today. This is what she said to me a couple days prior to the engagement while we were on the Thai junk boat,” he captioned the image, adding, “Holy crap! Women really do know everything.”

On Nov. 3, the couple announced on Instagram that they are expecting a second baby — which they are “super excited” about!

Speaking with PEOPLE after the reveal, Sean said, “We’re not going to find out the gender.”

“We didn’t with and it’s really exciting to be in the hospital and find out,” he explained. “And neither of us are Type A planners, so we’re fine with it.”

Still, Sean has a hunch they’ll be welcoming another son in their lives.

“But we’ll be so happy either way,” the second-time dad-to-be said. “Catherine wants five kids. And we want to adopt as well. It’s all a learning process!”

Frankie the Therapy Piglet Brings Smiles and Sweetness to Iowa Elementary School

There have been emotional support ducks and squirrels, but this may be our first therapy pig.

The adorable owner of this title is Frankie, a bow-donning piglet that recently started soothing students at Franklin Elementary School in Muscatine, Iowa, reports the Muscatine Journal.

“I think she is really adding to the room,” special education teacher Trina Hepker told the paper. “I think she is really going to help some kids.”

The teacher has already seen positive changes in some of her students since Frankie’s recent arrival from a Des Moines farm.

Before Frankie’s appearance, third-grader Isaac Gbalea was shy and had a hard time sitting down and reading with the rest of the class.

Now, he can be found quietly sitting in class reading to the pig, which is exactly the effect Hepker was hoping for.

“When she approached me about a therapy pig, I thought, ‘What are you thinking?’ ” Principal Jason Wester said of Hepker’s plan. “But then she showed me the research behind it, and how it would impact student learning and how it would impact student relationships. How it could make school a successful adventure for them.”

Frankie helps students stay calm, keeping them focused on what Hepker and others are teaching.

“Sometimes when a student is getting frustrated all of a sudden that person needs 15 minutes to read to that animal,” Wester said. “That is much better than having a student be out of instructional control for two hours to try and calm themselves down. We look at this as a tool to get students back in instructional control and ready to learn.”

Hepker has noticed that Frankie also gives her special education students a renewed excitement about coming to school each day.

“On a daily basis, they are feeding her and watering her. They’re getting the droppings. They’re making her bed,” Hepker said. “It’s a reason to come to school. I try and really incorporate Frankie into our day.”

And when the students care for Frankie, she cares for them in return, offering them an unbiased, empathetic ear to their issues.

“You can trust the pig. It’s okay to be upset. It’s okay to want to vent. I feel because she is real — unlike a stuffed animal — that they will be more likely to talk to her,” Hepker said about one of the countless ways this little therapy pig is making a big difference.

Khloé Kardashian is reflecting on one of her most “favorite days” — her “epic” 33rd birthday!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to Instagram on Friday to share a flashback photo of herself and boyfriend Tristan Thompson — who have been dating since September 2016 — from her birthday in June, when the reality star turned 33.

In the sweet image , Kardashian gives a sultry smize to the camera as she cuddles up to Thompson, who gently rests his chin on her head.

“FBF to one of my favorite days with all of my favorite people… my surprise party 🎉” Kardashian captioned the snapshot.

“Man, everyone was sooooo good at keeping that secret! Hrush, Jen and Tristan were so calm, cool and collected during glam 👀” she said, giving a shout-out to her makeup artist, Hrush Achemyan, hairstylist, Jen Atkin, and Thomspon, 26. “I need to watch you sneaks lol That was such an epic night!”

To celebrate the milestone, Kardashian went super glam. She stepped out for her big night wearing a semi-sheer pink mini dress with spaghetti straps and an all-over swirling silver sequin pattern that she accessorized with an Atelier Swarovski Marina glittery gold clutch and Tamara Mellon Frontline sandals.

Cavaliers player Thompson looked equally dapper in a leopard-print button down that he paired with black skinny jeans, black velvet loafers, a pair of glasses, and two thin diamond chains.

The couple enjoyed an early dinner at TAO Los Angeles in the restaurant’s private skybox prior to hitting The Blind Dragon in Hollywood to meet up with the KarJenner crew for Kardashian’s surprise birthday party.

“I’ve never had a surprise party in my life! I was blown away! Im so lucky and blessed! Thank you so much baby!!! You treat me like a queen!” Kardashian tweeted the morning after her party. “My family and friends are the best!!! I feel so lucky!!”

In September, PEOPLE  confirmed that Kardashian and Thompson are expecting their first child together. Multiple sources confirmed late last month that they will welcome a baby boy together early next year.

“This is something Khloé has wanted for years and years and yet it’s more than that: She didn’t want it unless she was in the right relationship for it,” a source told PEOPLE, adding, “This is such a wonderful moment for her: not only is she going to be a mother, she is going to be raising a child with a man she truly loves. Everyone is over the moon for them both.”

Florida Man Killed Ex, Her New Boyfriend and Her Parents — Then Left His Son Alone With Their Bodies

On Thursday, a 32-year-old Florida man was convicted of the 2014 quadruple murders of his ex-girlfriend, her new boyfriend and her parents, according to news reports.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that Adam Matos fatally shot two victims and beat the other two to death with a hammer. He now faces the death penalty for the slayings in Hudson, Florida.

Matos showed no visible reaction to the guilty verdicts, which came a day after he confessed to the killings from the witness stand, the paper reports. Sentencing in the case begins Monday.

Matos committed the crime with his 4-year-old son inside the home, reports the Morning Call. Matos fatally shot ex-girlfriend Megan Brown, 27, who is the child’s mother, along with Brown’s 52-year-old father, Greg Brown, according to WTSP.

Megan’s new boyfriend, 37-year-old Nick Leonard, was beaten to death with a hammer. Matos also used a hammer to fatally beat Megan’s mother, 52-year-old Margaret Brown.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Matos testified in court on Wednesday that paranoia played a part in the killings, which he also claimed were in self-defense.

The bodies of the four victims were found stacked on a berm alongside a nearby road.

The paper claims Matos left his child, who has autism, at Megan’s parents’ home with the corpses while he went to purchase a shovel he planned to bury them with.

Demi Lovato and Luis Fonsi get their dance on in new music video “Echame La Culpa” (“Put the Blame on Me”).  Singing in Spanish, Lovato debates who is to blame for a relationship gone sour. In the style of Fonsi’s record-breaking music video “Despacito,” “Echame La Culpa” explodes into a lively, colorful party, complete with Samba dancers, while the singers get close on the dance floor.

Fonsi, who took home four trophies from last night’s Latin Grammys, talked to Viva Latino about the story the song tells. “The lyrics are very joyful. It’s that play on words, that famous cliché of ‘It’s not you, it’s me’ that many of us have used,” he joked.

Fans raved when Lovato shared a promotional post of the new single on Nov. 17. The two artists excited fans about a possible collaboration when they began commenting on one another’s social media posts a few weeks ago. “What’s up Demi…” Fonsi wrote in reply to a sexy pic Lovato posted of herself in fishnet stockings. In response, Lovato commented on a photo Fonsi shared. “Hi Fonsi,” she wrote with a tongue-out emoji.

The friendly greetings the duo shared on Instagram two weeks ago, which ignited rumors that the two were flirting, turned out to be a smart promotional tactic: They’re opening lines of their new music video!

Your Dream Volunteer Job Awaits: The Guide Dog Foundation Needs Puppy Raisers Now

No need to pinch yourself — this is reality. There are puppies out there that need you.

The Guide Dog Foundation is looking for puppy raisers to help the incoming classes of dogs gets socialized, so the canines are prepared to serve an individual with disabilities after completing training.

The puppy raising program is based up and down the East Coast and is open to those looking to help a little dog get a great start on an important life. As a puppy raiser, you take in a pup at 8 weeks old, when he or she is at peak fluffiness and heart-bursting cuteness, and care for the dog until they are between 14 to 18 months old. At this point, your puppy is ready to take the next step into the service world. After giving you months of smiles and snuggles, the dogs start their certified training program.

Your role as puppy raiser, if you chose to accept it, is to take your new best friend everywhere with you. It is important that service dogs are comfortable helping their humans in every kind of situation and surrounding, making early socialization extremely important. This means the Guide Dog Foundation doesn’t just want to give you a puppy, they want you to show it off: at the mall, restaurants, bus stops, vacations, parties, schools. Pretty much everywhere. The more socialized your puppy is, they less correction and training he or she will need later.

Along with playing the role of proud parent, the puppy raiser position also requires that you act as a teacher. Puppy raisers are expected to help their puppies learn basic obedience commands and ace bi-monthly classes at the Foundation.

Of course, the hardest part will be saying goodbye to your pup as he or she goes off to the training program. But this isn’t a true goodbye. The Guide Dog Foundation provides puppy raisers with monthly progress reports, and once the training program is complete, all the proud puppy parents are invited to the Guide Dog Foundation campus to match their furry student graduates and meet the people they will be helping for the rest of their lives. Often the person paired with the dog is so grateful for the gift, they make sure to keep puppy raisers updated on the positive ways their work has changed their world.

The Guide Dog Foundation loves repeat puppy raisers. So when you are done watching one pup grow, there is likely another eager, adorable student waiting for your guidance and affection.

If puppy raising sounds like a dream to you (and how could it not?), you can fill out an application with The Guide Dog Foundation. You will then be interviewed by a Puppy Department staff member. If you are accepted, you will receive not just a puppy, but all the supplies you need to care for him or her and the training you need to help the pooch thrive.

So really, what are you waiting for?
